Customer engagement via BT (2007–2008 · 2016–2018)

BiCIT Data Access: four Philips Internet Access Platforms (Brazil, USA, China, Netherlands); São Paulo delivered on an extremely short lead time. Signed client evaluation (Mar 2008): 9/10 — contributed to a positive turnaround in Philips' assessment of BT. Later Signify/Lighting Regional Network Hubs in Shanghai, Nutley, Singapore and Rotterdam supporting corporate demerger.

Customer engagement via BT (Mar–Sep 2016)

Hired to oversee the hospital's move to DC Groenekan; guided St Antonius teams to migrate their stacks safely, securely and without service disruption. Signed client evaluation (Apr 2016): 9/10 — 'Excellent. Can and will certainly recommend Ger for similar projects.'

Customer engagement via BT (2018–2019)

Upgraded local network equipment to current technical standards; relocated datarooms to new Amsterdam data centre sites; recabled all data racks.

First customer into newly built BT DC capacity

Guided DTCC as the first customer into a newly built BT data-centre section delivered by the programme team (two data floors; PUE improved to 1.2) — programme oversight of the PMs with written recommendation and VP-level customer feedback.

Project delivery via BT (2008–2010)

Core Business Systems for ABN AMRO: infrastructure and data-management projects supporting Fortis/RBS integration and later separation; major role refreshing test data across ABN test environments.

Customer context via IBM / BT (2008–2010)

Infrastructure and data-management change during Fortis/RBS integration and separation; test-environment data refresh across ABN AMRO environments (delivered via IBM programme bureau / BT).

ZSA portal technical refresh client (via Getronics)

Programme accountability for the full AOK ZSA portal technical refresh (3.0 → 4.0): first-time Automation and KaaS, ServiceNow catalogue refresh, new hardware stack plus decommissioning of the old stack, and security/process standardisation across Getronics, AOK and COLT.

Delivery partner / DC estate footprint

Multi-party delivery partner on the AOK ZSA portal technical refresh (3.0 → 4.0) and Global DC Estate cost-savings programmes (Colt and AtlasEdge footprints across ES/FR/IT/DE/UK/PT).

DC estate footprint (Global DC Estate)

Phase 1 Global DC Estate optimisation across Colt and AtlasEdge footprints — 175 racks ceased (above the 153 maximum expected; min. 113, threshold 135) with ≈€2.9M annualised cost avoidance.
