Programme leadership when you need structure, pace and commercial clarity at enterprise scale. Honest communicator; line management rated external stakeholder management as excellent. Hybrid Agile with PRINCE2/ITIL, multi-vendor coordination, SteerCo/RAID, financial governance and measurable ROI. People and process change sit inside the programme — not a separate changemanager assignment.

How I approach this role

  • Start from ROI/TCO — SteerCo decision rights and financial governance clear before multi-stream execution (CMP & TOA)
  • Coordinate vendors and countries while live services stay up (Getronics / AOK / COLT on ZSA portal 3.0 → 4.0; Global DC Estate across Colt/AtlasEdge)
  • Drive measurable outcomes on a fixed cadence — e.g. Global DC Estate 175 racks ceased (above the 153 maximum expected), ≈€2.9M annualised avoidance
  • Blend hybrid Agile pace with PRINCE2/ITIL, RAID and programme reporting so escalation paths stay short

  • Head of Cloud Programs, Getronics (2021–present): Cloud Services PMO (programmes, projects, team, P&L), cost optimisation and executive cadence
  • Programme Manager – AOK ZSA portal technical refresh 3.0 → 4.0 (2025–2026): Automation and KaaS, ServiceNow catalogue, new hardware stack, multi-party delivery (Getronics/AOK/COLT)
  • Global DC Estate Cost-Savings Program Manager (2024): multi-country estate (ES/FR/IT/DE/UK/PT); 175 racks ceased in 13 weeks (above the 153 maximum expected); ≈€2.9M annualised cost avoidance
  • Programme Manager for CMP and TOA (CloudBolt recommended after the POC, taken into implementation planning, board ROI/TCO, ServiceNow automation potential; 4,300+ VMs)
  • Programme Manager – ICE (Integrated Cloud Ecosystem), Getronics (2021–2023): private-cloud refresh across 11 data centres; budget approximately €11M excluding internal staffing, more than €7M hardware; kept within the approved budget; Dell and Cisco
  • Senior Project Advisor / Program Manager, BT (2020–2021): member of the Cloud Solution Hub SteerCo
  • Program Manager, BT (2016–2020): COVID cloud compute at 98% success rate; Signify Regional Network Hubs; St Antonius data-room move to Groenekan (NEN 7510, zero impact on live services, signed 9/10); Sanquin (2018–2019) network refresh and Amsterdam DC dataroom moves
  • DC Extension (2010–2013): €21M expansion — two new data halls in the existing Nieuwegein data centre and a new Rotterdam data centre, including the CEVA lift-and-shift; 6 PMs delivered 60+ related projects over the three-year programme (not simultaneously). The new facility was financed by a corporate partner on contracted footprint and energy. Coordinated a 130+ Compute infrastructure portfolio over the tenure — not simultaneous personal load
