Program Manager

For organisations that need senior ownership of complex, multi-stream programmes spanning projects, vendors, countries and executive stakeholders.

Indicative hourly rate Interim · ZZP · Detachering — discuss fit Rates are indicative and depend on scope, duration and engagement model.

Senior programme leadership for organisations that need structure, pace and commercial clarity across enterprise complexity. Honest communicator with strong commercial delivery discipline; external stakeholder management rated excellent by line management. Hybrid Agile blended with PRINCE2/ITIL governance, multi-vendor coordination, SteerCo/RAID discipline, financial governance and measurable time-to-value / ROI.

How I approach this role

  • Start from the business case — ROI/TCO, SteerCo decision rights and financial governance clear before multi-stream execution (CMP & TOA)
  • Coordinate vendors and countries under live-service constraints (Getronics / AOK / COLT on ZSA & KaaS; Global DC Estate across Colt/AtlasEdge)
  • Drive measurable outcomes on a fixed cadence — e.g. Global DC Estate 175 racks ceased (above the 153 maximum expected), ≈€2.9M annualised avoidance
  • Blend hybrid Agile pace with PRINCE2/ITIL, RAID and programme reporting so escalation paths stay short

  • Automation Program Manager – AOK ZSA / Container Platform (2025–2026): ServiceNow catalogue automation, KaaS, multi-party delivery (Getronics/AOK/COLT)
  • Global DC Estate Cost-Savings Program Manager (2024): multi-country estate (ES/FR/IT/DE/UK/PT); 175 racks ceased in 13 weeks (above the 153 maximum expected); ≈€2.9M annualised cost avoidance
