Relevant experience

  • Served as interim IT Manager for Data Centre Services during major construction and migration phases at BT (2007–2021 tenure) — people, supplier and operations leadership under live pressure
  • Built and led the Cloud Services PMO at Getronics — accountability for programmes, projects, team coaching and executive reporting
  • Automation Program Manager for AOK ZSA / Container Platform (ServiceNow catalogue, KaaS) across Getronics, AOK and COLT
  • Global DC Estate Cost-Savings Program Manager: 175 racks ceased (above the 153 maximum expected; min. 113, threshold 135), ≈€2.9M annualised cost avoidance
  • Crédit Agricole (Getronics): named-client delivery support on the programme — confirmed by MD Operations
  • Sanquin (via BT, 2018–2019): network-standard upgrade and dataroom moves to Amsterdam DCs, including full rack recabling
