Roles
IT Change & Transformation
For organisations where technology delivery only succeeds when people, processes and the organisation move with it — change embedded in programme and project leadership, not classic standalone OCM.
Change leadership inside live delivery and adoption — not classic standalone OCM. Grounded in real transformation delivery: cloud migrations, portfolio realignment, PMO introduction and continuous business–IT alignment. Focus on stakeholder engagement, adoption, business readiness, communication and value realisation — not slideware.
How I approach this role
- Design change for live services — adoption, communication and business readiness first (St Antonius Groenekan: zero disturbance)
- Map stakeholders early; standardise artefacts people actually use: RACI, Customer Journeys, risk logs
- Align people, process and technology to business outcomes under multi-stream pressure (AOK ZSA automation)
- Coach senior PMs so hybrid ways of working and ownership scale beyond the assignment
Relevant experience
- Led organisational and delivery change at Getronics with continuous alignment to strategic business objectives
- Drove multi-stream automation change for AOK ZSA (ServiceNow catalogue, KaaS, security/process standardisation) — stakeholder engagement and adoption under live-service constraints
- Customer St Antonius Ziekenhuis (via BT, 2016): business readiness for the Groenekan DC move; guided hospital teams through safe stack migration — signed client evaluation 9/10
- Sanquin (via BT, 2018–2019): live-service transition for network-standard upgrade and dataroom moves to Amsterdam DCs, including full rack recabling
- Introduced standardised delivery artefacts teams actually use (RACI, Customer Journeys, risk logs) across managed cloud
- Coached senior project managers and scaled hybrid Agile ways of working so change stuck after handover
